Testing methods we offer

UCI (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance)

A fast, semi-destructive method using a diamond probe, well suited to welds, pipes, valves, and tanks.

Rebound (Leeb)

A non-destructive approach that measures rebound velocity, ideal for large or heavy components.

Telebrinell

An alternative to standard Brinell testing that enables hardness measurements on large, immovable components without sample removal.

Equipment: our Equotip 540 UCI hardness tester measures fine-grained material of any shape, including heat-treated surfaces, with adjustable test loads to suit varied applications.
